1:1 Training

1:1 Strength Coaching or Yoga Instruction

For those who have specific needs or goals or prefer personal instruction, in-person or online 1:1 coaching can provide the guidance, instruction, and accountability to help you achieve your goals. 

Group Strength

Group strength classes offer personal attention and the motivation of a supportive community. Designed for moms and women in their 30s, 40s, and beyond, these classes build lasting strength and confidence—inside and outside the gym.

Yoga

These yoga classes blend breath awareness, somatic movement, and yoga postures to restore balance in body and mind. Props and modifications are encouraged, with each class ending in an extended, supported relaxation.
